We offer professional DJs, saxophone, percussionists and live bands for events, including weddings, parties and corporate events.
 

Q. How do I book a musician for my event?

Contact us here with information about your event. If we have availability, we will send you a bespoke quote.
 

Q. How can I provide feedback or a review after my event?

Q. Are your musicians insured, and do they have the necessary equipment certifications?

All our musicians are insured and have the necessary PAT and PLI certifications.
 

Q. Can I request specific songs or genres for my event?

Absolutely! We offer fully customisable playlists to suit your event's needs.
 

Q. How far in advance should I book a musician?

For peak summer Saturdays, sometimes even a year might not be enough. However, typically, a booking of 6 to 12 months in advance is recommended.
 

Q. What areas do you cover within the UK?

We operate all over the UK, predominantly in Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Herefordshire, and Worcestershire.
 

Q. Are there any additional costs or hidden fees?

No, we maintain complete transparency in our pricing.
 

Q. Can I meet the DJ or musicians before my event?

Yes, meetings can be arranged separately but are not a mandatory part of the contract.
 

Q. What happens if the musician is ill or unable to attend on the day?

We ensure that a suitable replacement is sourced, either from within Cheltenham DJs or through an external agency.
 

Q. Do you offer any packages or discounts for multiple bookings?

Q. How long will the DJ or band play during my event?

They will perform for up to 5 hours, from 7 pm to 12 am. Extensions are available at an additional cost.
 

Q. Do I need to provide any equipment, or is everything supplied by the DJ or band?

Our DJs, bands, and musicians supply all the necessary sound and lighting equipment.
 

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

While deposits are non-refundable, they can be transferred to a new date in case of a postponement. The full balance is due if cancelled within 30 days of the booking.
 

Q. Can the DJ also serve as an MC or announcer during the event?

Yes, our DJs can serve as MCs or announcers at no extra charge.
 

Q. How do you ensure the quality and professionalism of your musicians?

We work exclusively with a select group of musicians known for their impeccable reputations and professionalism.
 

Q. Are there any volume restrictions or sound limiters to be aware of?

Any restrictions would be venue-specific. However, our team is experienced in performing at venues with sound limiters.
 

Q. Can I provide a 'do not play' list for my event?

Yes, we actively encourage this to avoid any potential awkward moments or inappropriate song choices.
 

Q. Do you provide lighting?

Absolutely. Some of our DJs even offer upgraded packages that include up lighters and lasers.
